THE COFFEE OF ROME SINCE THE VERY BEGINNING

It all began in the 1940s, from an idea of Giovanni Palombini, a creative man devoted to innovation and a great connoisseur of coffee, who founded the roasting company that bears his name in those difficult years and soon became a reference point for the most demanding Roman consumers, among many and with great pride always being cited as the coffee of Pope Paul VI.

The company he created and the staff working in it inherited the same passion for coffee, first assisting and then resolutely directing the industrial development process, consolidating and expanding his experience through attention to the smallest detail during all phases of the long and complex production process, spreading the tradition of high quality Italian espresso throughout Europe, North America and Asia.
